A group of men are sitting at small wooden bentches around a table playing cards. They are single, seafarers and fishermen, waiting for the tide, for a friend or relative to come back from the sea, day´s catch, next discussion, a storm to pass, upcoming fiesta or a woman to show up. I found a strong brotherhood and friendship that has bound these men together since childhood. Year after year I got to know their Life Stories.
