Globtik Books, 2016. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Globtik Books, 2016. Hardcover in folded paper dust jacket that unfolds as a poster. First Edition, First Printing. Limitd Edition of 1,500 copies. 9.5 x 6 inches. unpaginated with circa 300 pages filled with color photographic images throughout, including several gatefolds. Between 2006 and 2010 Mark Power and Daniel Cockrill travelled to different parts of England, to a particular a town or city, sharing experiences and reacting independently and caught the mood of England on the brink of change. Initially looking at the seedlings of growing English nationalism, the pair followed a path through the financial crash of 2008 and the fall-out that would eventually create an atmosphere where Brexit was possible. Uniting poetry and photography they riffed off each other’s work. It was an exercise in seeing, and selecting what each thought interesting or important at any given time. Ultimately, DTLFTSOTE offers random combinations of pictures and the written word revealing chance juxtapositions that can alter the meanings of either, or both. This copy is SIGNED by Mark Power on the last blank page. BOOK CONDITION; Fine; a solid, tight, clean copy in a Fine dust jacket. SIGNED. Fine / fine. Item #5505
